In order to not affect the color process, instructions must be followed properly: 
For coloring services: Mix 1-2 teaspoons (5-10 ml) directly in color bowl with 60 g / 2 oz of color and mix well
For lightening services: Mix with lightening powder or cream and developer until ideal consistency is reached
